I am Surya Vellapandian from Madurai,                                                                                            

We are constructing a commercial building at mattuthavani to surveyor colony 120 ft road Madurai. It contains 40,000 sqft fsi and total buildup area of 54,000 sqft with 5 levels – basement, G, +3 typical floors, where in ground floor has 20 ft clear vertical height and typical floors is of 12 ft height. 

We have basement and surface car parks altogether of 100 car parks with 3-sided road access to the building.

The building has been designed in such a way that it can accommodate Automotive, jewellery, clothing, digital, furniture Showrooms, gymnasium, restaurants, sports centre and IT parks. 

It can either be rented as single or multitenant with a common lobby area with 2 lifts, 2 staircases to all the floors and an escalator provision have been inculcated for G – 2^nd floor approach. 

Construction is in full swing and will be readied in 8 months.

The site is near mattuthavani MGR bus stand, Super Saravana stores and next to Sterling V grand hotel.
